"Here's a long-ass piece of work for which we recorded the orchestra a few weeks ago. Oct 29 2018 to be exact. Henry IV aka H4 has become one of my favorite Shakespeare plays partly because i watched it a hundred times as I worked on this. Harry Lennix came to what we call H2 in LA. He was a driving force in this movie and has a fantastic vision for Shakespeare movies. Can't wait to do more with him if all aligns. Over the years the score has been used for Macbeth and Hamlet as well, plus elements were created originally for As You Like It. For somebody who is a slow Shakespeare learner I seem to end up working with that dude a lot. Like he's the neighbor who comes by all the time needin' stuff, but also brings beer or pie."~Mark Nichols November19/2018
