about

Sara, lost and lonely at the gloomy beach town where she's holed up, sees her family in the sea. Sara sings in front of a projection of the ocean.
She is immersed in a world of despair and addiction.
As she hallucinates her swan song, we see her family in the projection. At the end of the song she is clipped to a climbing harness and elevated into the wings in the fetal position to a chorus of angels and devils.

lyrics

SARA
Everything
Everything speaks of you.
Everything smells like you.
Everything turns me to you.
Dark birds streak through cancelled skies
Like a lost girl, lost as my young girl’s eyes.
My children gone like straws to the wind
Whispers believe
Whispers believe
“Never again”
In this dream, the end of the stream:
I see us all on a beach in June
Where blue herons stand like statues of doom.
What do I do now? Just tell me how now...
What do I do?
